Southfork DIVA League – Winter into Spring 2022

• $30 for DIVA Members
• $45 for Non DIVA Members
• $10 paid to the range each week

Southfork DIVA League will begin Feb 8 and run for 6 weeks.

▪︎ Weeks 1 through 6: We shoot anytime between 4 and 7 pm at Armadillo Guns & Range. (Feb 8 – Mar 15)

▪︎ Week 7: We have our End of League Party & Awards Ceremony, location TBD. (Mar 22)

▪︎ Week 8: We gather for our Gun Cleaning Social at Armadillo Guns & Range. (Mar 29 – 4 to 7 pm)

• Cost to register online is $30 for Members, $45 for Non-Members.
• $10 per person per week will be paid directly to the range.
• This is a non-refundable event.
• Limited to 6 ladies in advanced pistol, 20 ladies in pistol/rimfire rifle and unlimited in slingshot.
• Registration closes February 16 or when we are at capacity.

Pistol League

This league includes several different and challenging choices of pistol and rimfire rifle disciplines from the NRA Marksmanship Qualifications, as well as unique challenge targets each week. We utilize moving assailant targets, steel gongs, tiny swinging balls and more to hone your skills no matter what your experience level! WE MAKE SHOOTING FUN!

Plan on shooting at least 100 rounds each night of league.

Shooters are encouraged to begin marksmanship training with a .22LR pistol. We also train weekly with your defensive firearm and learn defensive tactics to promote safe gun handling while engaging an assailant.

Advanced Pistol

Appropriate for advanced shooters who have completed the NRA Marksmanship Qualification Defensive Pistol I or it’s equivalent, this shooting group will continue training with advanced defensive tactics including drawing from the holster.

Now available is our Slingshot League.

Ranked by ISCOR, we use a challenging qualification course that is set up for all our shooters so that they may shoot only Slingshot, or shoot Slingshot in addition to one of our Pistol leagues.

Bring your slingshot and 3/8 inch steel slingshot ammunition, both available on Amazon and sporting good stores. The steel ammo is shot into target containers and is therefore recoverable and reusable. We do have a few loaner slingshots available.

Please choose Pistol, Advanced Pistol or Slingshot only when registering.

Please bring 3 magazines, a magazine holster capable of holding 2 magazines and 5 dummy rounds/snap caps in the appropriate caliber for your defensive pistol. (Dummy rounds are non-firing practice ammo available at Amazon or most gun stores)

The range has rental pistols available for free on league night for those who need one.

After each night of league, we will gather for a bite and a sip near the range, location TBA.
