Here we go again! Please let me know as soon as possible if you will be one of our our instructors.
The 2023 DIVA WOW Ladies & Youth Shooting and Outdoor Clinic is back at Elm Fork in Dallas. Saturday, March 25.

Instructors need to arrive by 8:30 am to get instructions and to set up at your station. Orientation for participants is at 9:45. Classes begin at 10:00am, with 2 classes in the morning and 4 in the afternoon.

Instructor check-in will be at the pavilion.
You will need to sign a waiver and pick up your name badge in the pavilion.

T-Shirts & Name Badges.
Instructor T-Shirts will be ordered for those who are new to volunteering or no longer have their original shirt. Please include your shirt size. If you currently have an instructor name badge, please bring it with you. If you are a DIVA Member, please wear your membership badge.
We’ll have coffee and snacks at sign in. As always, a great lunch provided for everyone. Instructors go to the front of the line!

9:00 am – CHECK IN OPENS
9:45 am – WELCOME, SAFETY MEETING, and ORIENTATION
10:00 am – CLASSES BEGIN
12:00 pm – LUNCH, RAFFLES and SHOPPING
1:00 pm – AFTERNOON CLASSES BEGIN
5:00 pm – END OF CLINIC
